Here we go.....First of all welcome to the Tvd family, there are quite a few of us. There are few things you need to know about TVD to have great reactions that actrect people. 1) Never assume that things here are black and white, every single action the characterd do have a motivations psycological backing, and history. 2) You need to have an enquisitive mind and pay attentions to details, this show have a season content in an episode and everything is not what it seams...example...Why Damon promise an eternity of misery to Stefan? What did Stefan do that is so serious to piss his brother off so much and for that long? 3) 30% of the script is express in body language, so pay close attention to that.

Another tip, If you fell the need to talk about something you just saw, on TVD you can stop an start again , the followers of the show are use to it, becuase the show is very complex and jam packed with details and if you talk over it, you might miss a very important information. The structure of this show is like te writers have the entire series already in mind and decostruc t it giving us piece of information piece by piece like a jigsaw puzzle for the audienc to put together, one thing you see in season one might get an explanations in ferther seasons, that's why is important to pay attention. Enjoy, this show is unique.

I am on the same page with you guys about the show being a puzzle and the body language. Another thing to pay attention to is how the scenes move from one to another, the number of the episodes, and the themes. Another important aspect are the symbols surrounding the scenes. Looking at those symbols, I figure out who did Elena end up with. by the series finale.
