Another movie that I enjoyed far more than I expected, those performances were INSANE too!

Thanks for your reaction to this great film, Harry. I too watched it originally not really expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The performances are all top tier and although there was no doubt some amplification of the truth for the sake of making a good movie, I think it’s essentially an accurate and honest portrayal of Elton’s life before he met his partner and that he gave the film his seal of approval. Watching it again with you, it seems to me essentially a love story, about Elton finally able to love himself and also about the extraordinary relationship between him and Bernie. Wonderful. Thank you. ❤️x

I just finished watching this reaction and I absolutely loved it!! Another movie with a queer centric story I’d love to see you react to is My Policeman. I don’t think it’s necessarily quite as good as this one, but I still think it’s great in its own right and I’d really love to see your take on it as well!
