Finally ol' Golden Rod gets the limelight. This was great, would love to see you watch the original Clone Wars show from 2003 someday. Happy anniversary, here's to another 10! ❤️

I'd definitely say the big one of these oddities to check out is the Muppet Show episode. It was made during that time when the first movie was literally the only thing to go on, and they ended up being way off on what "Luke Skywalker, full member of the Rebel Alliance" would look like. But 3-PO is there!

You speak how we have a Star Wars project which stars your King that you have not seen, and you declare that to be a crime, it makes a man say that it is a problem which you are rectifying. So, I am completely on board with this reaction, Jess. This reaction was so lovely that it felt like a pure treat for my birthday. Except that’s not for another eleven days. Then again, so we’re a little early. So what’s a week plus between friends? Obviously, this isn’t the highest ranked piece of Star Wars ever. Here’s the thing: 3PO and R2 are in this, meaning already it’s not lower than the bar set by the Christmas Special. So, there we have it; this is delightful. Appreciate the words you said for Anthony Daniels who you are so blessed, Jess, that that legend of a man is so ride or die with playing 3PO. You spoke of expressing the love for 3PO in the prequel rewatches. I recall you first bringing it up in the reaction to The Last Jedi. And yes, it would not have been a guess I’d have made, but it is so great that he is your King. I embraced that as it is an opinion that you rarely see, so it already told me that journeying through Star Wars with you would be as tremendous as it has been. The music and theme for this special is great. Has a Yub Nub feel to it. We both got huge laughs over 3PO assuming R2 died. Leads to the drama. We share this with Star Wars, Jess, our Kings live the life of having the penchant for the dramatic, and it gives us so much life. You also spoke how you and 3PO deal with the anxiety yet look lovely in gold. I got that with Palpy. We’re simpatico with the drama and love for the Dark Side. And when shopping at the same stores, we both pick out and rock the dark and muted colors. The one guy in this special is very remarkably kind to droids, and I knew that you’d love it. The title and name of the speeder exposes my being a massive fucking nerd, as it made me go, “Wait, whoa, whoa, WHOA! I didn’t know Tilda Swinton was in Star Wars!” Likewise, the other name caught my nerd eye, and I said, “Sorry, “Trigon”? Did you say “Trigon”? Oh, that’s not good.” Hearing the name brings back twenty-year-old memories from both the cartoon and the comics. Love how this gives 3PO the chance to show his stuff. He is, after all, THE hero of Star Wars. And now, 3PO has one DAMN fine story of how he became the shakiest droid in the galaxy by defeating the monster. He can proudly tell the story and end it by saying, “I threw a rock at him!!” (It was a BIG rock.) We both adored that part. We also loved how 3PO did have grand delivery of the line “Sabotage!”, yes. Cracks me up how you called bullshit on 3PO moving as fast as he did. I think the only time he ever runs in the films is at the end of A New Hope, which my brother points out how hilariously jarring it is to see, so you are correct on calling out the unrealistic part of this. Me, I lived for it. It was great. Man, 3PO booked it. And he properly serpentined too so to avoid the blasts! What a guy!! All in all, a lovely reaction. I would be seated for your reactions to this whole thing. I realize that’s not a tenable plan at the present time given the tsunami of a busy schedule you have ahead of you. Time comes you do have the time, like I said, I will be seated. Until then, we do have season two of Andor to look forward to, which you, me, and my brother are SO excited about, even with the STUPID release schedule of three episodes per week. (RAT BASTARDS!!) Here’s hoping, Jess, that our kings appear. And I very much appreciated your words of how you’ve felt very warmly embraced by the Star Wars fandom. Means a lot to know that our kindness means so much to you. Thank you again for the lovely, lovely reaction, Jess.

That Muppet Show episode is a trip. Ah, those days when only the original film was all they had to go on. LOVE the sass between 3PO and Miss Piggy.

One day, somewhere down the line, we will see Jess react to Tartakovsky’s Clone Wars. It WILL happen. And the reactions that Jess will have to 3PO will be so wonderful.

It's also nice to actually hear "Remember Alderaan" being used as a Rebel battle cry, unlike how even Leia herself never really brings it up afterward as far we can see.
