Underneath, the New Skin Breathes | Sacred Symbols, Episode 378

The "where are the games?!" crowd is having a bad week, because PlayStation's most recent State of Play showed that plenty is indeed incoming for your PS5. For starters, Insomniac's long-dormant Wolverine has reemerged. Revealed four years ago and having clearly gone through some tribulations behind-the-scenes, Wolverine is slated for PlayStation 5 next fall, and it looks violent and grisly in all the right ways. Coming sooner from first party, however, is Housemarque's Returnal sequel Saros, launching in March of '26. It looks awesome, and we're to get back to shootin'. But as if these two games didn't give us enough to talk about, there's more: Microsoft Flight Simulator is the next Xbox-aligned game PS5-bound (with Forza Horizon 6 somewhere behind it), the original Deus Ex is getting the remaster treatment, a God of War DualSense has been revealed in recognition of the franchise's 20th anniversary, Kojima both revealed a Physint poster and showed off his new horror title OD, and much more. Then: Listener inquiries! What's going on with the PS5 Pro's many technical issues? Will NetEase's F2P game Ananta be as insane as it seems? Why do we have such a problem with the premise of licensed games? Is Boar's Head's fine deli meat becoming too expensive for the average consumer? Follow the hosts! Crash Bandicoot should be an acceptable answer to the gentlemen’s club question

Pausing the footage, I see Logan de-limbing ROBOT LEGS from those guys, yet they have fountains of blood flying off torso/head areas. What gives? I theorized a while back that if we see brutal violence it will be primarily directed at robot enemies. this is Disney. Is the blood here just to make the trailer more hype? Or these enemies are part human, part robot? Cyborgs? Not familiar enough with Wolv. comics to anaylze further.

It looks like they’re either cybernetically enhanced or wearing some sort of exo-armor

Guys American cheese is bloody awful! I suggest you try the cheeses of European countries and then tell me american cheese is good 🤢 I do agree with CDC though on the subject of Ghost of Yotei, I also am just not as hyped on it as them. I would've been hyped if they continued the Jin Sakai story as they left it where it was done for a sequel, and baffles me why they didn't. I just have other games coming out around that time that makes it not a day one purchase and will wait till I'm done with the multitude of other games yet to come out

Guys..... There are a number of military style "flight sim" games out there. Ace Combat being the most popular. And yes there are games that let you cosplay as a kamakaze pilot. You should give Ace Combat 6 a try. It's much more accessible, has a real story and all the latest military jets. A decent flight stick with detachable throttle is under $100. (Said in southern gentlemen voice) "Get yourself a lil.... Thrustmasta and settle on down.... For a sortie or two"

The part of the reason PS4 Pro offered such a more striking difference was HDR. Having that more robust color pallete (on TVs that support it) really made things pop.
