Love the workout Uncle B, ive been sweeping so long now and lately im liking to alternate pick everything now. I notice when i do sweep, my ascending isn't as in sync as my descending. Especially when there is no pull off at the end of the descend, if that make sense.

This is a great excise, I visualize it as walking up the arpeggios of the E minor scale starting on the 1-minor chord, or walking up the G major arpeggios starting on the 6-minor chord. Thanks Uncle Ben!
