You don’t need the introduction to this any more, right? Or, I guess, if you do, you can find it in the collections tab.

We’re at the end :( The final chapter. We’ve been working on this for over a year. and now Emory and I bring with you, with only a few tears, the final chapter of The Catch.

Ways to read:

PDF — This is the full chapter, text and images.

EPUB — This is the full chapter, text and images. You can upload this to your Kindle, read it on your phone, etc. Remember, on Kindle, if you press and hold on the image, you can view it fullscreen!

RAR — This is the full chapter, text and images. Unzip this to a folder on your computer and load the HTML file. It’ll be like reading on AO3.

You can also view all the images above.

If you need to catch up on The Catch (lol; lmao), you can click into The Catch in the Collections tab. You can read chapters 1-7 as one file, listed (somewhat confusingly) on the page for Chapter 8.

A good ending

Simply beautiful!

A beautiful, sweet ending to a wonderful story. I have no idea how it compares to the inspiration as I only read a single page of 50 Shades before deleting the sample of my Kindle in disgust (not because of the content. The writing was nauseatingly awful.) but I don't care because this story has effortlessly transcended its origins. The combination of Alyson's writing and Emory's artwork is perfect. I really hope the two of you work together again. Thank you both for this story. I now need to go back and reread it all from start to finish.

A wonderful ending to a wonderful story.

Girl Alex! Of what a joy of a story, thanks so much.

This ended very lovely! That inclusion of Alex and James, and the subsequent realization that you’ve made them all related, was wild. Somehow, even with Sophie Lincoln-McCain included in Show Girl, it was not until now that the connection was apparent. (I blame how long it’s been since I read Show Girl.) Well played, Alyson!

i have been reading all of your writing since discovering you recently lmao, and i was wondering if the fact that sophie wasn’t there at the garden party is a hint at the possibility of another story set in the same shared world with sophie as the love interest (if so i would be interested in reading it lol)
