December plans (Patreon)

Dorley chapter 28: the first draft is around 14k words and I expect the finished second draft to be around 25k. There's probably another week-ish of work left in it, but because of the work on the book it's going to be a couple of days before I can get back to it.

Show Girl chapter 11: half done. This will probably just show up unpredictably, as I tend to do these to blow off steam. I also have something approaching a working plan for the epilogue.

Secrets of Dorley Hall: this comes out on December 12th and collects chapters 16-26. The ebook can be pre-ordered now on Amazon, and will also be available from Itch (and, eventually, other retailers), and the paperback will be available to buy on Amazon at around the same date, if all goes well. I'm knee-deep in editing at the moment — and thus, unfortunately, slightly delaying Dorley chapter 28 — and because I am tremendously annoying I'm taking the opportunity to redraft the odd scene I felt didn't quite land right before. I don't plan to spend more than the next two days on this, but my plans are notoriously dreadful.

Finally, I've been solidifying my plans for the next few chapters of Glow, Worm, which will be my side project once Show Girl is done and out the door.
