That's great news. Sounds like a lot of good stuff is on the horizon. I agree that it can be time consuming to set up everything, but it's often worth it in the end if we have a clear vision. :)

Also may I say, you're really good at making synthwave tracks. I just noticed there are a couple among the royalty free catalogue that I haven't heard before: Panoramic Views and Mind Field. Very relaxing on the ears.

Glad you liked them! I would consider those more directly going for the Boards of Canada style, which is its own genre of ambient electronica. BoC (and those tracks of mine) do have a nostalgic character to them, but aren't as directly 80s-centric as synthwave tends to be. My favorite synthwave artist is https://megacorp.bandcamp.com/album/mega-corp (and that verges on being chiptunes) though I like Lazerhawk, Timecop 1983, and a few others, too. Of course, sometimes it's called retrowave, sometimes vaporwave, and there are likely subtle distinctions because electronica is full of genres that have very minute differences. It's both fun and bewildering to dive into that rabbit hole.

Quick question! When remastering tracks, can you save them with different names than the originals? For example, leave "remastered" or something similar at the end of the title, so that we can differ the originals from the remastered.

I've been trying to decide on what to do about that, actually. I could do 'Track Name 2018' or something similar. The thing is, I think in most cases I'll want the remastered tracks to represent the main name and be the 'official' track. Maybe the original versions should be 'Track Name 20__'. I seem to remember George Lucas trying something similar with his creations. I wonder how that went. It's kind of a minefield, and if it wasn't for the fact that I am convinced it'll make a lot of older tracks more relevant to use today, I'd probably not even start such a process. Adding to things, I also may produce more game-suitable versions of tracks from the royalty-free catalog that are geared towards film. I'm open to input on all these things.
