Heya,

Well then... I didn't expect this. Or maybe I did. I don't know. Honestly, I'm not sure what to say. The generosity and support everyone has shown me is beyond humbling, and to think so many people are willing to help make this dream of being a full-time writer a reality is something I can scarcely wrap my head around. I've been sitting here staring at the screen uncomprehendingly for a few minutes as I try to type this up.

I'm not going to count my chickens before they hatch here. It's the end of the month and I expect people to hop off the ride (which is 100% okay and something I encourage of they need to), but even touching the goal is huge to me. I did notice the $50 tier is sold out somehow, and that the $25 tier is getting up there too. For everyone on those tiers, I feel the need to remind you that you can downgrade or backout if needed. Don't stay there to keep the goal inflated if it hurts you.

Truth be told, I'm not actually working right now as myself and my roommate are in the process of moving to another state for my roommate's work, and I thank you all for making that a breeze on my end. If we hit the final goal and have it stay stable once all is said and done next month... I guess I won't be getting a regular job and writing for you all will be my job.
