I totally forgot about Ponzu’s Ending, but her dealth was slightly merciful since she got shot first but her partner got taken by the creepiest squad to be fed to the queeen. 🥹🙂‍↔️

Ponzu's death is brutal and even more dramatic because Togashi managed to mislead us thinking she would be reunited with Gon and killua to fight against the ants. Having a nice character like her killed in the beginning of the arc in this brutal way sets the stakes of the arc at an incredible level
