The flowers are white lilies, which symbolizes purity and innocence in Japan! And them being stained suggests that the purity/innocence has been lost or corrupted. Stained quite literally. The choice of blue is interesting as well, since blue is a color associated with men, while red is associated with women. So Lena's pure white lilies (her purity and innocence) were stained by a certain man's influence. Or, at least, that's my reading into it.

In Asia, lilies represent death. White lilies are given at funerals 🧐 hmm.. I think she has them on her table for all the 86ers who die on her watch, but I wonder if the deeper meaning is that maybe one of them dies by the end or something like that? Also it cracked me up when you said "oh, they seem to be more receptive to her than I thought" as you were paused on a shot of them looking irritated that she gave them coordinates to the battle they were already in lol also I think that princess pig drawing was meant to be her, and they showed the drawing on the cans they were shooting at the end too 😂 somehow I don't think they seem all that receptive. I think she is giving us an optimistic lens

Part of why the Alba were able to take control so fast is that they are the natives of that land so thes more of them , They also already had a sense of superiority to the other races because they were a Republic instead of a "barbaric empire" like the other countries.
