I could live in the world of Frieren, if I was in an area where demons weren't prevalent. Otherwise, yeah, I'd only live in an anime that takes place in a fictional version of our own world like Horimiya or something lol.

I already don't like the beach, no way I could live in One Piece world, where it seems all land (on the East Blue anyway) is either an island or the jungle or both. And then also the pirate and/or monster problem. That is also bad.

Oh time to drop this info! I got Luffy's Mermaid/Nami drawing as a tattoo! I wanted a tattoo from One Piece, as the series is one of the things that was helpful for me when I had some serious depression. it was what kept me distracted and somewhat functional. Had it seriously for like 5years until I found meds that worked against it. And OP was one of the constants as it's such a long show: But I didn't want a super obvious anime tattoo either. Like luffy's face or the pirate flag. So His drawing it is :) Because I think that captures the playful spirit that is what is so integral in this show. Yes it gets dark, just like life can get dark. but keeping that playful spirit, and optimistic outlook can really make the difference that is needed. It's my least "pretty" tattoo and it looks rather silly. But I love it with all of my heart, and it's such an instant connection when people who watch the show see it. But if you haven't watched it you would never know.

For your discussion on which anime world you would want to live in, I think Konosuba or Frieren or Delicious in Dungeon are a good options and there are also (Kaguya Sama, My Dress Up Darling, Horimiya, Oshi No Ko, Apothecary Diaries, DanDaDan and Haikyu as an option)

Lowkey watching one piece finally I realized that I can’t even really be mad at any of the villains because of the fact they grew up in a world of pirates so honestly I kinda have some resentment towards Roger because he basically gave everyone the motivation to become pirates

its worth noting that the currency in the show is roughly comparable to Japanese Yen NOT Dollars as u might be assuming. otherwise the 100,000 per month fee would make 0 sense. eg 100,000 Yen is like 650 dollars
