Obviously, there's nothing Vanessa can say that can make Mandy have a complete change of heart on the spot, even if she can point Mandy to the path of self-improvement instead of self-destruction and leave it to her and to whoever else can keep her on it. But this, even as a WIP, is so beautiful that you could add the text to this and I would need a second to notice it's a WIP. Two characters who repeatedly broke all limits of what these stories are and can be. It makes me think of how much I thought of Mandy's past being a shadow of Vanessa's, and then once we actually saw Mandy's past, how she was a shadow of both Vanessa and Alex. Now they're finally facing each other one last time, and we can take it in. Something I've found myself thinking about once in a while that feels relevant to now (especially knowing Mandy's past): "You can stop being part of a mistake, starting right now." - Snake to Raiden, Metal Gear Solid 2
