What I've learned from other reactors who have played Fallout, it is possible to get addicted in the game and it does affect your play. That's just wild.

So, they've made us think that Barbara and Vault-tec dropped the bombs, but I doubt Barbara would let Cooper and Janey be anywhere near the bombs going off, so it can't really be her. And we know for sure that Hank bombed Shady Sands, so that makes it seem like Vault-tec has bombed stuff in the past. Can't wait to see Coop and Barbara have it out.
