This reaction sponsored by Nuka-Cola!!! Such a good finale!!!! The code that Hank types into the computer is the release date of Fallout 1, Oct 10, 1997, 101097. At around 11:38 that's the good ghoul who Lucy saved from the Super Duper Mart. It shows that Moldaver's faction welcomes ghouls. One of the reasons I like the NCR is they had laws protecting the rights of ghouls and super mutants. At one point there was going to be an NCR Ranger Super Mutant in Fallout: New Vegas but it was cut from the game. Of all the nations, tribes, societies, I always thought the NCR was the least bad. It seems like Moldaver is someone high up in the NCR I guess? She's worshipped by NCR refugees and her people have NCR flags so I'm assuming she just refused to abandon Shady Sands, and maybe she resolved to get her cold fusion tech back and save/rebuild her city/society. Also in the flashbacks to Shady Sands it shows a trolley. Shady Sands had public transportation!!!! Yeah, Moldaver and Lucy's mom were romantically involved. That's why Moldaver kept the ghoul Rose MacLean around for so long.

Such an amazing finale. Fallout may be one of the greatest adaptations of a video game in history. Granted, that's a short list lol but still. I'd say it and TLOU are the cream of the crop.
