Hello, this will probably be a short post since I don't have much to show besides a new creature. As it started to become fully functional and I fixed most major bugs, I started to worry if this new creature is not actually fun, in general. But as I continue to add and fine-tune features, I am starting to have more fun with it in playtesting. There is one major new behavior I am planning to add to it today, and when that is complete, I will feel a lot better. Otherwise, there are just many small tweaks that add up over time.

Besides that, I wrote the final three Sigurd crew logs to bring closure to his story: "Team Synergy", "Letter Of Resignation", and "Son." I am mostly happy with this as an ending (or the beginning of the end). Sigurd feels like a character who embodies the game's themes, and so his resolution as a character feels all the more important. I've also made plenty of minor changes to the previous already-released logs just to make the whole thing cohesive and consistent. I am torn between releasing this three-parter of story logs all together or in pieces.

Hi Zeekers, I've never commented before, but I figured I would this time since I've seen a ludicrous number of people berating you about hiring developers and providing quicker updates, lest the game die. I just wanted to chime in and say that I deeply appreciate the work you've put into this game and you should absolutely ignore those cries. Hiring another developer would needlessly complicate things and I'm sure you get a lot of your ideas for the game's direction by simply trying new things and tweaking them whenever something doesn't go quite how you thought it would. In other words, hands-on failure is a big step in the creative process. You can't delegate that, and I get the feeling that it's sort of a crucial part of how this game has come together. Also, we only paid $10 for the game. You don't owe anyone any timeline for your updates. Hell, I would argue that you don't owe us any updates at all and I'm purely appreciative of the continued additions. I hope you're not overwhelmed by the negativity and that it doesn't impact your passion for the game. This is one of my favorite games of all time and I appreciate the hell out of you as a developer. Keep doing exactly what you're doing! You know what's best for Lethal Company

Excited for v70!! Was expecting to wait a good long while for the next update considering all the other stuff that you were working on so, it's good to see you pick this game up again. I'm glad to hear the Sigurd stuff is being touched up, new creature sounds interesting too! Seems like you lowballed how long the new guy was gonna take to put together... My group is all very excited to hop on, and we'll be patiently waiting! Wish-list vomit at the bottom of my comment: make meteor shower a smidgen more common, its fun (and try to fix the desyncs/sounds breaking), remove interior fog, buff offense, buff dine, remove mineshaft chance on embrion so you can always pull apparatus, make mineshaft facility areas smaller cuz caves are more fun, gimme more outdoor music, and increase how many items can be saved in a save file pretty please!!!

Yeah bro I don’t care how long it takes I want to see your imagination go wild though before lethal company comes to a end I would like the parachute and catapult to be a thing in the game because it sounds hilarious to be honest the gadget always reminds me of Wile E. Coyote where there’s always a con to his gadgets.

Hey Zeekerss, I noticed that the new Giant Sapsucker takes 28 shovel hits to kill which feels out of place compared to the rest of the game. The only reliable way to deal with it right now is by abusing a glitch, which isn’t great for gameplay. Any chance the health or counterplay could be adjusted?

The BUFF

You don't have to kill the thing. It's not even aggressive unless you get to close to the nest. Why would you even want to kill the thing. Some of y'all are bloodthirsty monsters.
