Love that you're play testing your game in that way. Super demoralizing sometimes but the objective perspective is interesting

s.p.l.i.t was soooo good, it really left me wanting more. It felt like there were so many very fleshed-out mechanics but the game just ended so fast

s.p.l.i.t truly traumatized and i love it i love when horror games genuinly make me want to forget it cuz of how awful the events are

That sound bite sounds really cool, and I'm glad the game made it to the playtest phase. I didn't realise that having a playtester who just isn't interested in the game can actually be helpful, but it makes sense. I just hope it didn't give you the urge to delay the release :D

Glad you're getting some more progress! That does sound rough though with the People Playing Through It Unimpressed/Un-immersed, but good to see you looking at it constructively I'm always of the opinion that it's better to have a game that a specific type of audience end up loving dearly than a game that most people are like "yeah it's alright" - but then again nothing I've done has been successful so maybe I just need to make FlappyBirds clones myself or somethin 💭
