im sure somebody has already said this but james howlett is logans birth name but after he lost his memories he only knew the identity hed assumed most recently because thats all anyone knew to call him, eventually charles helped him recover a lot of his memory so now at the end of his life hes taken back his original name to cover up his life with the xmen since there arent any left
