Takes some notes, James Gunn. You can have ludicrous amount of comedy and absurdism AND let the emotional moments play out. It's not mutually exclusive! . . . . . I mean that as a compliment to Dandadan more than a dig at the new Superman. Loved the movie. But still.

To be fair to him, he's right. For a superhero movie, the audience attention span when there's no action is kinda short. Not his fault.
