Please put in at some point that he got skills in stuff like bookkeeping, budgeting, and hive administration. It's hard to imagine he's running the hive budgetwise unless he has magical help. But he started doing budgets in the orphanage kitchen and then Whittaker dumped a bunch of work on him during "leadership training." He should have skills that are leveled up a bit.
