They said what Clarke did at Mount Weather weakened Lexa (the commander). Not Clarke. Because Clarke defeated the mountain men which Lexa couldn't do, so it made Lexa look weak. The grounders believe that killing someone takes their power, so they think Clarke got the mountain men's power. The queen of the Ice Nation put a bounty on Clarke so that she can kill Clarke and take all that power.

Nah he being unreasonable. Everyone from mt westher guilty of taking blood from grounders to survive and did Jasper want her to keep doing that or did he plan on giving her blood on regular basis
