Be extremely cautious arround Ponyville: that Truant Officer and the Royal Guard will be looking for you. Rarity is the best option if you want the scarf repaired, but maybe is too early now for visiting her. Maybe you can check if Spike is still hanged from that apple tree?

Afterwards, you should try Ponyville again, providing you can assume an older form... at least something that isn't automatic truancy bait, and that your saddle pack can adjust for a larger form. If not, then it's time to practice your stealth and observe the townsfolk for a while from a safe point. Maybe an animal form, if your training has reached that point?
