Ohhh this is such an underrated horror movie and in my opinion the BEST found footage film, it’s non stop adrenaline and I love every second of it!!

This and Quarantine are of very few movies that gave me goosebumps. After the American version I remember seeing a documentary about what virus could cause something like this and their conclusion was a mutated version of the Rabies virus.

Hello! So, Ari is Spanish? 🤔 I'm Portuguese, right next door 😅 in Portugal we call the Spanish people "nuestros hermanos", specially because there are great history between our people. I love this movie. I remember when I saw this in theatres with my friend and my sister and we had absolutely no idea what it was about. It was a surprise, for me a really good surprise cause me and my sister love horror like Denise and back then I had a special preference for zombies, so it was jackpot. My friend however suffered dearly 🤣 Excited to see Denise's reaction for this one. ☺️

Please please please, you all HAVE to watch Satanic Hispanics. Its a horror anthology film and all the directors are Hispanic which is like SUCH a first!

Sorry to hear this! This is an issue with NTSC vs PAL from what we’ve gathered there’s about a 4% speed up in every movie if you’re watching it in a region that utilizes PAL. There’s no other version of this film so perhaps it comes down to those two formats.

Totally understandable, if you can’t watch the content you shouldn’t stay. There’s a discrepancy between how streaming services in US vs other countries deliver its films to its users. NTSC vs PAL.

Thanks for the response! I wonder if there's a way to adjust the playback in VLC (the player I use on PC). If not I'll take the "L" and move on. This is the only time it's been an issue for me. Edit: I haven't seen Rec. I travel for work and even as a grown ass adult I am not tryin' to watch no scary movies by myself in a hotel room. :]

i think it's dvd's and bluray copies don't match up with streaming versions.

You can download YouTube custom speed extension for your browser and adjust the speed until it matches your copy. Its a bit tricky finding the speed and requires some time but its the best solution beyond purchasing a different copy of the film. The Home Theater version vs Streaming version might be it. I live in the US on the East Coast and a few of the reactions are off on timing for me, too. I just pause a few seconds here and there to catch it up and I'm okay, though. Not that picky.
