I just binged this one with some friends today. Will these hit youtube at some point? I'd like to see your reaction to the most important moments.

I think the entire season was perfectly written. The only thing that bugged us a bit was the steamy scene getting a bit too long. Even though we din't have an issue with the chemistry between the two, we thougt the longer lenght was kinda unnecessary. Other than that, chef's kiss...

I completely agree with Ari. I loved the season. The sound is 10/10. The music and the "music video" style scenes were cool as hell. The artstyle is 11/10. I just wish there were a couple or few more episodes to get everyone where they were. Now, I know with the kind of quality and money being spent that's probably just not possible. I don't know the game...I see Jayce running with Victor and next scene Victor is Molecule Space Jesus Farmer Cult Leader. Then a kind of Jesus Robot Indoctrinator. I just sorta was. One episode Mel is a formidable politician debutante and the next she's the world's greatest spellcaster. Ambessa picks the next leader of Piltover and an episode starts and her ships are in a full blown siege to take over. The story is super ambitious and I understood it. In a perfect world I wish I could have 5 seasons instead of 3 to lead in to some of these developments. I know what I'm saying is waaaaay easier said than done and I still very much enjoyed it. I'll watch everything they put out.

You know, we can't believe we're saying this, but this season could have actually benefitted from some 'filler' episodes - every character had such a fascinating plotline that was worth exploring more. Maybe it's also because it felt too short and we're heartbroken it's over ahah. But yeah completely agree with you, they have earned our trust many times over and whatever comes after this, we will be there day one!

Oh I'm all in on anything they do next, too. I read an interview with the creators and they said they'd never done anything outside the game. They were learning on the fly and they indeed learned a ton. It kinda sounded like they spent 9 years on it and were ready for the next project. It's pretty awe inspiring what they accomplished out of the gate. I hope it inspires younger/newer creators to start storyboarding or whatever to keep awesome animation alive and well.

Jinx is still alive. You can see her use her shimmer ability to escape the blast. Cait was looking to see that she could escape from air ducts. I think she was on that flying ship at the end. I remember her saying something about flying on one of those back in season 1. Also they have a some spin off series coming.

To answer that thought about the collab, and I'm excited with anticipation for it, YES!! ^w^ Christian Linke has stated they will be doing more stories with Fortiche. I also heard, that Fortiche may be working on their own original movie called Penelope of Sparta. They announced it at the Annecy Festival.
