Thank you for reacting to this show. Without a doubt, it's one of the best streamshows ever made. You will cry and scream, and everything in between. I recently rewatched Seasons 1-4 and also watched a handful of reactions to each episode, but your reactions are so good, it's worth a 2nd rewatch. Let's do this. I just noticed something! In that very last scene of Episode 1, the boys hear and maybe see a dark shape moving in the forest, and then turn COMPLETELY around and discover Eleven. So what was that first thing they heard and saw??? Was it an animal? Was it a person? Was it a demogorgon? In Episode 2, when El sits down at the D&D board, she closes her eyes and concentrates, and a sound effect plays. She was trying to find Will when she did that. Hmmm. The end of Episode 3 is interesting. I love how this show is written, but... how did El know that Will was hiding in his own house? We know from later episodes she can find people, but she had never been to Will's house, so how could she recognize his house? Maybe she had some other power that the show never revealed (like some kind of psychic compass). "The demogorgon got me" is a priceless foreshadowing gem. I love how the writers aren't shy about slapping the audience in the face with spoilers, just because they know that the plot and worldbuilding are so complex that nobody will ever put two and two together (except on rewatches).

the animal in the background you keep hearing is likely a loon. It's a bird we get a lot in my area and they have a very eerie, lonely call that I hear used a lot in horror movies.
