Hobbies looks pretty small and I love it truly. He was probably the scruffest of kittens when he met Kai. Im really loving the image of this small 4 to 6 month old looking kitten walking through a sadistic cultist hideout with body's scattered behind him. Also the reaction of others when they notice the small silver white cat sitting near them is a yellow teir awaken beast. They are making my night. Then there is Kai and Valela putting a face to the easy smile and mischievous grin that kai always puts on its no wonder how Valela's poise skill always seems to turn off around him or the skill is working perfectly fine and she would be a stuttering mess otherwise. And vice versa for our favorite mage prodigy from another world. Im both straight as an arrow and a guy and even i have to saying this is how kai looks its no wonder hes breaking hearts and causing rumors to spread like wildfire. Its everything I could wont in a high school drama equivalent. FANTASTIC ART THIER NEEDS TO BE MORE.

He enjoys messing with people and does so deliberately i can see him have a cheerful or mischievous expression or a default leaning towards humor especially in light spares or when interacting with his friends. The second picture i agree with a natural or resting **tch face. The butler would have knocked any tell tales signs of his actions from showing on his face in a fight.

i don't picture kai like that at all. I see him as paranoid, snarky, deceitful, tired, physically fit, reserved, always focused on something. The relaxed, happy, naive boy here is not him. i picture Kai being way more rogue-ish. Especially his many close-call with death would give him a way more mature and calculating look. He wouldn't hold the sword like this, he would either be deeply focused or be in one of his moment of explosive exuberant happiness if he had succeed in something or was enjoying family time. His more casual happiness would be a rogue-ish one, like in an interesting match where he is happy but also focused and planning someone's defeat.

Very cute. I imagine Hobbes more like a Maine Coon or lynx, but that's because I'm thinking of his inside character, not the outside cute as a button.
