Basically what Haruna says about Hikki and the character that he has shown or grown into can be best explained by the Rudyard Kipling poem 'If-". Here is the first stanza: "If you can keep your head when all about you Are losing theirs and blaming it on you, If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, But make allowance for their doubting too; If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies, Or being hated, don’t give way to hating, And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:" I highly recommend reading the rest.

When Yui says "I stand in front of that door time and time again, I get the feeling I shouldn't disturb it. All I can do is peek in through a crack and eavesdrop...". It can be a direct call to the scene near the end of S2 EP11, when Yukino and Hiki are in the infirmary having a moment, and Yui was by the door eavesdropping.

Harunos cant get drunk speech is an amazing metaphor, one I have lived personaly. People ho have hurt, who always use logic and detach themselves from the situation arround the have a hard time letting go, and getting drunk. Never allowing yourself to be vulnerable, or to fail for it might hurt others, alway being carefull with words, mantaining silence for the sake of not vreaking the glass. But alas, the glass needs to be broken, there needs to be pain, Haruno knows this, has lived this, and sees an oportunity to stop it from happening to the service club. They need to hurt to grow, they cant keep avoiding the glass for it is preventing them from mooving forward

With Yui, she wants nothing more than to keep the three of them together but she knows that it cannot. Yukino has become her best friend and she loves her. Yui obviously has had a crush on Hikigaya for a long time. Now that she knows that Yukino also likes Hikigaya, she believes that she is going to lose her best friend no matter what choice Hikigaya makes. And depending on that choice, she may also lose Hikigaya as well. Yui would rather things not be genuine if that means that she can keep her two closest friends. It is a little heartbreaking because there is a chance that she might lose both of her closest friends and she knows it.

After the ride Hikki went to get Yukino and himself drinks and you can see her putting something in her bag as he gets back, that was this photo.

It's their whole relationship in general. In Episode 3 of Season 1 when Hachiman is talking about not being part of any "in" groups Yui says that him and Yukino are already their own in group because they're constantly are having conversations that she struggles to join in on.
