71 me thinks, gives it a little more pizazz also two cliff hangers is a bit much, it’s a little frustrating though understandable

I don't think it's that. I think the reality persists until his soul actually departs it. Remember, the same thing happened last time. The world remained for a short while after his death, until his soul moved on.
