Time loop training would be so good right now, he could even do it everyday and extend the time with ratio from 1 day: 1 month. 8 weeks is what, 60 months = 5 years? Cutting the first 4 weeks for extra duty in herb garden in still 2.5 years per 4 weeks. But I guess author wouldn’t want that…

I just have to say this, not as criticism but to let you know how some people read. When I read names I appreciate names that are both phonetically unique and visually unique. This allows me more time to enjoy the story. When a character is named Bob and another Bobby it creates a stutter in my reading flow. I mention this because Wei Lin and the cutely similar Lin Mei do the same. In this story it doesn't really happen often enough that it's annoying because you often tag them as Wei Lin and Lin Mei and I've begun just reading them as Wei and Lin but it does happen often enough to notice.
