We dont exactly know wheter Kal loops match with the mc's loop. He might actually go back much farther, and the butterfly effect of his actions would then influence her odds of surviving. Especially since he pretty much kill the guys who were plotting to kill her. He might have killed them earlier in most loops, so she wouldn't have assassins coming for her then

I'd come clean about not being normal but play it off like prophetic dreams since we know they believe that's a thing that happens with the blue sun. "I had a vision about how my village would be attacked and used it to escape", "Oh dude be careful I had a vision where you were decapitated" etc.

From what he said, she got there 100% of the time, but Aric sometimes pushes his limits harder and wins. Most likely, the situations where she would’ve died if not for our MC were a butterfly effect from him being there in the first place

The worst outcome for the MC will be if Kal is able to quickly reach Provale at the beginning of each loop. Kal would either quickly realize that the MC and “Thomas” are different people or would force the MC to join the Blue Sun Academy every loop he joins. Hopefully Kal is tied up with something at the beginning of each loop.

The MC is pretty much the perfect solution to Kal’s problem though, if they are able to come to an understanding. Ke Yin just needs to join the Red Sun Academy at the beginning of a loop, and then he can get Elder Molric to initiate diplomatic relations/research. If Molric is willing to work with the Blue Sun Academy and Ke Yin, then they can probably work out how to isolate the source of the madness from the Suns.
