Ah damn, I was betting Wu Kangming but now it seems more likely to be Ke Yin. Totally is lost though, as the reason Tian may be feeling more at home as Ke Yin may be because he relates more to him as an outsider, unnatural. Also, the fact that he can't differentiate between old and new Ke Yin may mean he has fragments, but can't comprehend the whole.

Maybe Tian is both? And the fight between them isn’t one that external, but internal. Sharing one body for 20 years. Not certain how that’d shake out in the end, but would be an interesting concept 🤷🏻

Set Arganon

Ke Yin Obviously. The vine was a easy super-obvious sign.

Phoenixdrop

It’s interesting how he couldn’t remember Shane’s (I think his earth name was Shane but I might be confusing it with a different main character from a book I’m reading because it has been a REALLY long time since he was referred to by his earth name) life but I guess remembering two past lives deep is a little harder

Wheels42

He's A/N? Wow who is this mysterious A/N?

DasMilkMan

still think its Wu Kangming. I think the vine is just a red herring. Like Tian can feel how his hands were holding a sword and knows Wu Kangming secret about the ring. Tian Dosent know any of Ke Yin's secrets. Just stuff that Wu Kangming could have observed and made some theorys about. Dreams have a way of making connections that seem real at the moment.

“The revel will happen Monday” he said. “ we’ll know who tian is Monday before we move to another perspective” he said. HOW MUCH DO YOU ENJOY YANKING OUR CHAIN TO LIE TO US LIKE THIS! What do you mean he’s BOTH but primarily Ke Yin!!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?!?

Rina

THAT’S SOME NEXT LEVEL BS! THIS MOTHER TRUCKER’S WKM!

He didn’t freak out or mention memories from Kane so I’m going to guess he is wu.

Illegal cliff.

Each has a piece of the other inside. Tian is primarily Ke Yin, though there are some tendencies he inherited from Wu. This explains why he picks up the sword, and we never get to see him do much with plants bc he literally can’t cultivate. The one thing we DO see him do with plants is miraculous, regardless of ability to cultivate. The reason he couldn’t pick up sword fighting is because he’s attempting cultivator style techniques. The REAL Wu would surely have a strong grasp of mortal martial arts judging by the deep insight he and his master share. Tian isn’t able to see those other sections of OG Ke Yin’s (Kane) life bc of genesis seed/dimensional travel fuckery. Especially assuming that the part belonging to Wu will return. I doubt the genesis seed would allow an info slip like that. If this is the case, I completely rescind any prior comment. I was blind, oh great one🙏

Wanderer of Worlds

However, consider that the next POV will be exploring the Drem Cultivation System. That's something Ke Yin does. It's his whole thing.

im just gonna guess Wu Kangming and give o explaination

Some guy

If being honest I still can’t tell which one is which

This is such a copout! Instead of keeping us guessing so that we remain subscribed for another month, you should have made a definitive declaration at the end of the fight.
