I’m curious as what the marble would do. Like the man said, ke yins good karma right now is ridiculous. Using it all up at once to attack, I would think it would be like a nuke to the face, depending on what form the attack takes

What ever could take that kind of blast would have to more powerful the the sect master and nothing our protagonist should be tangoing with... Yet

So if the red sun acts on the body and the blue sun acts on the mind - then the golden sun must act on the soul. At least in my opinion it makes a lot of sense and would provide variety. I certainly wouldn't want to see the energy of the golden sun act like a mix of the energy of the red and blue sun, but better and 2 in 1. Regarding the cure - it must be the energy of the golden sun, and why? The elder of the Blue Sun Academy who burned Ke Yin's souls used it, and he did it out of intelligence to prevent the destruction of the world - so he clearly knows about this being, is sane and is not driven by madness. Probably cultivates all 3 solar energies at once. It is likely that golden solar energy is safe because it has no medium to spread corruption, once the golden sun is split in two.

We're back baby!!

In all honesty, I pay for the book because I really enjoy it. But the cliffhangers feel distracting to the narrative of the book. It’s one thing to have cliffhangers on the last chapter of the week. But last chapters cliffhanger was not only pointless, it was completely unnecessary . A cliffhanger is a tool and frankly with endings like last chapter it seems like you’re overly focused using that tool EVERY chapter. The last chapter did not need the cliffhanger and was narratively pointless. Random and pointless cliffhangers makes the entire book seem hastily written and randomly scrapped together. I’m not complaining about the existence of cliffhangers but simply the excessive addition of them. I really love this book so far but they are a tool! Please stop using them as a crutch.

I hope after this whole corruption cleansing stuff gets finished, we can go back to normal adventures and learning formations/alchemy etc. I feel like this got away from us a bit.

Endgame

I am complaining about cliffhangers. I absolutely can't stand them. They are pointless to me and only serve to piss me off. The author is cultivating the Dao of Cliffhangers and has become a civilization Realm cultivator with the Dao of Cliffhangers.

Now it’s time to kill a bunch of beings and save the village while commanding that woman who fly in to kill the village.

I'm extremely excited, and I dearly hope that even if there are troubles that on the whole things go well with Kal.

Karma Kamille

I wonder how Kal is gonna react to Ke Yin appearing again. For all we know Kal has tested the real Tomas numerous times. I guess it depends on how many loops have happened 🤔. I kinda assume not that many but that’s only because time moved so much faster in the Inner Worlds. So an Outer Realm like the Cultivator Realm and Two Suns Realm would be slower?

Rina

I kinda assume quite a few loops have happened actually. Think of the time difference between the two worlds, ke yin could go through a whole 3 month loop in like 8-12 hrs in the real world, maybe less though, been a while since I read the beginning of this book. Point being, time is extremely accelerated in the two suns world compared to the main cultivation world. Now remember that the tournament has taken several weeks to host and complete.

We’re back!!! Feels like things are picking up again!

Wanderer of Worlds

1. I don't remember the soul attack using elder utilizing Golden Sun Energy? Wasn't he just a Lightweaver that managed to resist the madness? Golden Sun Energy shouldn't exist anymore, since its source is gone. 2. Golden Sun Energy shouldn't *just* act on the soul. That would be kinda cheap and wouldn't make much sense. If it only works with the soul, how could its two derivatives work on the body and mind? In my opinion, the Golden Sun Energy should work on the complete self, so Body, Mind an Soul at the same time. This theory is supported by the fact that when Ke Yin uses Blue and Red Sun energy at the same time, it boosts is physical, mental and spiritual essences together

Author did du yanze reach the highest realm in the realm of the chosen because I remember during the dream world arc he wanted to reach heavens beloved but when we see him again he is at the paramount sovereign realm Path of the Chosen Seed Bloom of Manifest Will Proclamation Crowned Heart World-Writ Sovereign Heaven’s Beloved Is paramount sovereign next or is it the highest realm I only ask because I am curious also would it be possible to make ke yin cultivate the lesser energies to the peak realm of the realms too?

Szoppa

Personally, I'd like to see something like this, but I see two potential problems. The first is cultivation conflicts. Individual cultivations can somehow interact with each other, for better or for worse, or even hostile, as in the case of the Red Sun. While I think the reactions of individual cultivations would be interesting, I suspect that such energy from the Realm of the Chosen could negatively impact the Dream Qi. Considering that one involves believing in something and the other involves a minifestation, the effect is similar but the method is completely different. The second issue is cost-effectiveness. Ke Yin can already use any energy he adds to the Cathedral. He'll probably simply be able to use more of this energy with greater force after leveling up in most cases, although even that isn't certain. It would make the most sense that his physique would probably also strengthen. One energy? Probably a change without much difference. But 10 energies? Especially if they focus on physicality, like Martial Qi? I think they could strengthen the MC's body quite significantly, and that would probably be the biggest advantage. Regarding cost-effectiveness, there are also energies that wouldn't be worth cultivating, such as energy from the Realm of the Chosen. A moment of collapse, energy and cultivation disappear.
