Then you don't know anything about him or time loopers in general, lmao. He's gone through thousands, tens of thousands of loops that had next to no deviation. Completely identical except for minor variations. And yet Tomas appeared. A complete anomaly never seen in any prior loop. That's not something Kal can simply disregard, even if he has to check on the village hundreds of times through hundreds of loops.

One thing I like about this story is how real the reactions are. "Is he possessed?" and "nah fam 100% that ain't Tomas lol" are definitely how people would react in this context, none of that fumbling about with bs explanations like "OH wOW wHEn diD YoU leARn thAt THOmaS???"
