April 2024 status update (Rat) (Patreon)

Hello guys, I hope you had a wonderful easter and didn't get fooled to much on April 1st.

I finished the rat! I think it looks like a decent mix of an actual rat and a monster. Real rats look rather cute (I guess that's debatable?), so I made it look more... well, like a monster.

The rat is the first enemy in the area that actually works like most of the enemies: It walks around and when it sees Sonja it chases her and makes it attack.

I'd say the rat can appear anywhere around the Deep Forest.

CG news:
The Doppelgänger is done! IronPotato did some awesome work; like always.
I think this will be the last CG for this update, but this doesn't prevent me from commissioning 3 of the new enemies that I already finished.

Next up is the Unicorn!

I'd say I'm about half way done with the whole update.
