October 2022 status update #2 (Patreon)

Hey fellas,

I'm in the middle of working on the new tileset and background items for the new cave location.

Higher tier patrons continue voting for the next enemies. There is still a week left, but it starts to have a pattern. Which is great, so I can draw some enemy related objects.

Once I have drawn everything that I have in my mind, I will piece together the new area. I have a pretty solid idea how it could look, but I won't tell any details, cause some areas depend on the choosen enemies.

I can already say that the entrance to the cave will be east of the forest. I still need to draw the cave entrance. And I make my thougths of how to 'unlock' it, similar to the mansion where you need 3 acid potions. Maybe light potions? A small puzzle? A key/hint from the mansion area? Feel free to suggest something.

I will keep you updated about my process.
When starting this post I thought I had more to tell, but it wasn't as much. Just working along.

Anyway, sit back, relax and enjoy some horror movies/video games and have a nice halloween!
