I’ve been rereading and I keep referring back to the incident in the void traveling back from the pantheon of life. In regard to the mysterious faction, the most plausible explanation I can reach is that within the new world wonder, Jake somehow initiates/awakens whatever force is currently pursuing him. The reason they would be acting as they are is to understand themselves or to interfere early enough to change the course of Jake’s current path. Maybe his current path is so disruptive they feel it needs to be stopped, or maybe he did something that awakens all life, including that of past life’s in conjunction with eron and his bloodline so that dead paths are suddenly walking again and looking for an explanation

Ever since jake mentioned that their tone of speaking through myriad tongues made them sound quite posh and well articulated I've been reading all the venusians parts with an aristocratic English accent in my head which made "jake learned the most important thing about venusians. They had tea" feel extremely apt and like I'd found a spoiler. Tyftc

I hope it does. It's fun to explore a whole new culture isolated from the multiverse, and I bet Jake could find some good challenges in this world, and probably even some treasure that explains all the toxic environment. Besides, these people may make great allies in the future.

"If he’d never taken *the* flight and" this seems an extra word “I ** found this conversation highly enlightening" feels like a word is missing, "have" "On this island, there are entirely B-grades once you venture out of the village," the phrasing of this seems off. Perhaps "Beyond the protection of this village, there are naught but strong B grades," "there were *conservative* fanatics" this is an americanism so perhaps deliberate but the word would usually be "xenophobic" " If *not, nothing else but* to help you learn" more common phrasing would be "If for nothing else than..." "They did have tea." Did Jake ask about tea before? I dont recall. If he did and never got an answer this phrasing is fine but if he didnt the more expected phrasing would be "They had tea."

I know it's my inner Pokemon Trainer/Wuxia fan talking, but Jake hasn't used his new origin powers and it would be perfect to assemble an army of humanoid snake people. Idk it seemed far fetched the whole time. Literally E grade Jake was able to feel the time dilation of the Myriad Poisons room. I cant imagine B grade Jake not noticing. Especially now that he can sense concepts like space directly during teleportation. He'd notice the time concept warping around him if he entered dilation that extreme. It would have had to be at least like 600x dilation for the time frame to make sense. Probably more like 1000x. Dozens of times more than Nevermore. Dilation was never a high odds theory.

The Oracle is used to being the most powerful of her people. Used to being revered and obeyed, with probably no natural enemies. Now, Jake shows up from outside the boundary. And as much as the Oracle wants to leave and grow stronger, there are plenty of stronger being than her out there. So it's between curiosity and fear. And when fear gets added to the mix, people tend to make stupid decisions.

Jake won’t necessarily need worshippers. That’s one path that people can go on, the power of faith and all that, but there are other gods who don’t have worshippers at all, from my understanding. It’s not part of everyone’s path

Zog 10/10 on the Venus arc so far. No unnecessary fluff but still got your high quality polish. Unrelated question, I recently noticed that all of the unique life forms we’ve met so far from what I could tell have been “male” or at least referred to as male. Will we see any more feminine unique life forms or do they tend to take on more masculine traits due to their natures as unique life forms? Is it something that’s determined by their unique paths? Final question I’ve had lately is about spiders. We haven’t heard much about what kind of creature they are in this universe. I don’t imagine they would be apart of the endless empire though maybe they are. As usual thanks for the hard work you put in Zog, have a good one.

I think he might be a young teen now, last time we saw him he was like 8 or something, I don't remember how much time Jake took in the pantheon of life, preparation to B grade and then test his new profession, I believe it's been like at least 4 to 5 years, there's also the fact that Caleb's family left exploring the multiverse a bit, so we can imagine that it's a preparation in a kind for Adam to have opened eyes to choose a path now that he might have matured a bit

I think there is more to it with the Venusians not being able to leave there minor world because it hadn't been "connected" yet. If he is right and it's not counted as part of the 93rd universe then the system itself is regulating there exit. It could of been connected from the initial integration but because there grades were much higher then the inhabitants of the universe it's restricting there access much like it has been doing for everyone outside of the 93rd universe. Where they can't enter until a minimum threshold has been reached by those who reside in the 93rd universe.

Quick question each grade is taking always more chapters. If you continue the trend S grade is going to end up being as long as rest of the series. On one hand I am looking forward to it since i love the series on other i dread the fact its going to take at least another 5 years to see Jake become a god. So is the trend that each grade requires more chapters than previous confirmed?

I cannot express how into this new adventure Jake is on. Don't get me wrong, I loved Nevermore, I loved him being at the Order, the Yip of Yore and El'Akkan stuff was probably a few books too long but I thought it was great how it all wrapped up. I was really sad he kind of made Vespidia and then just set her loose in the universe and that's it, I do get the impression from the interludes that more will happen with them later, but seeing Jake stumble into new things, meet new races love all that. Everytime a chapter pops up right now I have a big smile on my face that we get to hang out with frog people. I'm also super happy most of them are SUPER strong, Jake was starting to feel very 'big fish little pond' even though the Multiverse is so crazy huge. Jake being a celebrity got tiring as much as Jake found it tiring. Thanks for the chapter!
