Really enjoyed the counter play between Mythic and Robert/Vector/ Eric. Looking forward to seeing how this works out. You're doing a great job of building the story. THANK YOU!

As the only Warrior Lemur I can only say good work! Nice to know I’m not the only one fighting the weight issue! The Chapters were great! If fewer chapters creates better chapters like this I’m onboard! Having said that take care of yourself over all else you can’t write if you don’t feel well! God bless and you are in my prayers!

I really liked these chapters... For some reason, I don't know why I liked them so much.

Thank you for the chapters Brian. Please take care of yourself, your health and happiness come first.

Hope all the lifestyle changes go well, Brian. I had to do the same thing myself starting 18 months ago, and the exercise part was probably the hardest, until I figured out a trick that worked for me ( I’m aware that mileage may vary because everyone is different, though). Find a sport or physical hobby that you can tolerate, it’s better if you enjoy it for sure, but sometimes you gotta start with tolerance. For me it was golf, and I’m in Canada, so you can only golf outdoors for about 5 months a year, so I discovered virtual golf, and it’s been a game changer in regards to my quality of life, the only negative is the impact on my bank account! But maybe it’s walking, or cycling, or squash. Definitely easier sometimes if other people are involved, and sometimes it’s easier if you can do something solo as the fancy strikes you. Also, don’t disregard the potential of mental health impacting your day to day life and energy levels. This is a pot, kettle, black situation for me, as I’m great at trumpeting about the benefits while not partaking as often as I should ( due to a personal hang up from having poor experiences with therapists/psychiatrists almost two decades ago, but I’m getting better at it and reaping the rewards). Anyway, long story short, I hope you’re doing ok, it’s ok to have shitty days and throw yourself a pity party every now and again, because you get to actually reflect on things and get through it. A healthy body does not always equal a healthy mind, but it certainly contributes to it positively. We’re not built to constantly try and knock down every obstacle in our path without surcease, that way lies madness and mayhem. So take care of yourself, please. This applies to Brian J. Nordon the author, but especially to Brian J. Nordon the person, and I hope you know which one is more important (I’ll give you a hint, it’s the one that your friends and family love).

Good luck with the Monjauro journey. Hopefully your first week(s) aren’t as bad as mine were. I failed to recognize a need to change my intake. Hopefully you get to a comfortable place with it soon.

On last weeks post I mentioned the lack of classes a bit weird. These chapters make it seem like Sal is all but done with the Academy. I love dropping the mythic creations during the meeting.

Love the way the story is building. Looking forward to next week!

Glad to hear you are actively working to improve health. Thank you for the chapters

I was on the verge of diabetes last year. I dropped 45lbs and cut back to 2 meals per day and my a1c dropped from 6.5 to 5.3 and has stayed there.

Interesting chapters. But I think you should stop traveling until the series is done. Seems to me that you get sick every time you fly. Need sals mask and gloves! lol. Feel better
