Regarding Tommy — he was a little problematic back when he was at the 118, but between the cake face smash and celebration from Hen and Chim being able to call on him for favours, I think it is very safe to say that he had lots of off-screen development that are shown rather than told. It has been about 15 years since Hen Begins here, I think. Also, when you read my Question Time comment and said “It’s like you knew I wouldn’t remember,” I just know as a fellow person with ADHD that I had minimal recollection of Tommy before he popped up in this episode lol!

I'm not sure this opening emergency was one of my favorites either but still good episodes! Regarding Tommy - Happy someone provided some backstory for you, I also like when the show brings people back! I'm glad that the team trusts him enough to help them, he has grown I guess. For me personally, I feel like this show likes to redeem some problematic characters (like some of the parents) and it's difficult for me to like a character that was so awful to both Chimney and Hen. That's just my opinion but I can appreciate growth. Looking forward to watching the rest of this season with you!

Not a huge fan of T*mmy I’m personally not moving on from his treatment of hen an chim and the fact he showed little to no growth in the 5 years between Chim and hen begins leads me to believe he hasn’t changed much since then either. Also about the helicopter landing it likely didn’t they likely repelled down and back up while T*mmy kept it stable in the air. We’ve seen them repelled from helicopters to get to unstable places most notably them reducing the guy on the moutian in the scavenger hunting episode

I'm interested to see his vibe if we see him again, down to meet someone where they're at so long as there is no (rightfully felt lol) bad blood. On the helicopter thing, the thing that throws me off is that they made a point to say that hovering uses more fuel, which felt like they were saying they couldn't. I'm just really confused on the writers decisions with the rescue this time 😭

Seeing '15 years' was like a slap just now, so easy to forget just how long they have been here! And LMAO this made me wheeze 🤣 I like random callbacks, but its a real toss in the air as to whether im gonna remember them enough for it to hit

The rescue to this is very *hand wavy* but that’s our banana pants ass show hahaha sometimes you really have to suspend disbelief.
