I love this episode, but I hate, hate, hate with a passion that Lucifer stole Sam's room. All the torture, pain and horrors Sammy has gone through because of Lucifer, and the evil bastard has to take even that little piece of home, of sanctuary, away from him. Sammy honestly deserves all the hugs and soft blankets and just warmth for the amount of shit he puts up with from Lucifer for this season, all because the world needs to be saved. This episode alone, Sam is honestly the bravest, strongest character just for being in the same room as Lucifer, let alone trying to help him and work with him the way he is.

Also, fun fact, Rob (Chuck) and Ruth (Rowena) are a couple in real life and they just had a baby girl together

I love that you are a Sam supporter, a lot of fans I’ve seen in reaction videos blame him for everything and it gets exhausting.

completely agree! I feel like a lot of people dismiss Sam's pain, trauma and PTSD, and don't connect that Sam's behavior is a direct result of the horrific experiences he has been through, so they will see him as "reckless" or "vindictive", or just making a stupid decision, without factoring in that this man is just trying to survive, and has been conditioned his entire life to act a certain way. And even, given that, Sam still tries to always do the right thing, the good thing, because the core of who Sam is is selfless, brave and endlessly compassionate. He is flawed, for sure, and makes mistakes, but honestly so does everyone on the show. Cas and Dean have their fair share of decisions and mistakes as well, but I sometimes feel like Dean gets a pass for the same mistakes that Sam gets crucified for in the fandom. And I am not hating on Dean, I adore him, but there is definitely a double standard when it comes to fans/reactors and Sam and Dean. What I love about Sesska though is that she gives both brothers equal love, and tries to understand both sides whenever they are fighting or disagreeing, and she never just dismisses one of them out of hand. And while I do adore Dean and his arcs and stories, it is the depths of Sam, his complexity, his growth over the seasons, Jared's phenomenal portrayal of Sam's PTSD, his anxiety and trauma, that made me fall in love with Supernatural

Twas quite the low blow of Lucy to steal Sam’s room. I think I’d take greater exception to the music he was blaring. I were Sam, I’d probably chime in, “Pick some better music, would you? I mean, if you’re that upset, you could at least play the Requiem Masses to brighten your mood. Siegfried’s Funeral March from Götterdämmerung, that’d work too.” Concerning the matter of the fans giving Sam copious shit, I have noticed the Dean fans and/or fans of the show in general are a bit loud about that, and there is a noticeable double standard, yeah. A great thing about Jess is she’s fair and balanced with the boys. I freely admit that I have my issues with Dean, more specifically his macho bullshit gets ABSURDLY exhausting past a point. Even then, I’ll agree he is damn impressive. Stinks that there’s been a few times when Jess gets shit from the louder Dean fans. A big strength of Sam is his kindness. Here especially, like you said, he’s in the same room with a deeply personal enemy, not to mention the fact that it’s goddamn Lucifer, and yet he still goes out of his way to help Lucifer. Sam’s a good egg. Dean too, much though he’s got a funny way of showing it sometimes.

I see that you say that they had a baby girl. Supposing they had a boy, my thought would be, “Please, God, tell me that they did not name the kid Fergus.”
