Okay so first things first he’s definitely going to be transmitting everything the old sect master told him about the world tree sutra maybe had over a completed version of the text he found in the outer sect library maybe even explain the different levels of ancient cultivation techniques and where the world tree sutra matches up but for how he’ll go about it he’s probably going to be all about giving him not to much but not to little knowledge not enough that he does something stupid thinking he knows better but also not so little he does something dumb because he doesn’t know better but he will absolutely be focusing in on helping Ke yin realize his Dao or at the very least put a name to it because once he knows what he’s actually trying to comprehend it’s going to be a lot easier to make progress on it

I hope we learn more about world tree sutra or maybe even the blue and red sun realm we see that its in multiple inner worlds like a infection i wonder if the sect leader knows anything about that or learning more about the structure of the overarching multiverse im still curious of whether the main universe is equal to blue and red sun realm or is it just a really high level cultivatiors internal world perhaps from the world above the main universe or a person in main universe who is powerful enough to create one with higher tier energy

There seems to be some inconsistency with when the Blue/Red sun energy is bad and when it is fine. Like, it was used on Wei Lin's father, and it didn't turn him insane (that we know of), and he's used it extensively in the Starhaven Realm on the world trees there, and he hasn't mentioned being concerned about that from what I recall. Further, isn't the Blue Sun and Red Sun energy that he produces already cleansed of the taint by his Genesis seed? Why has it had such an impact on Wei Lin, so quickly, when his greater uses in other areas haven't? If the energy itself, not even the Sun manifestations within his realm and in their home realm, is so pernicious, how is it safe to use at all? Doesn't every use essentially allow some energy to disperse into the greater cultivation world?

It DID have an effect on Wei Lin’s father, something about his eyes momentarily being tinged blue. However I think the reason it was okay or atleast somewhat okay, was due to it being mitigated or filtered by the genesis seed. (Unless I’m wrong) there’s 2 likely reasons the energies are so problematic for Wei Lin. The first being the energies were incorporated into his cultivation. He developed stalls for them. The second reason I see possible is that the clone he got the energy from, (iirc) he got it from the explosion, so it’s unlikely the (failed) copy was able to filter the energy through the seed.

I enjoyed seeing Ke Yin's parents really being concerned about Hou's life and trying their best to be involved in his life, but I think it was a huge mistake declaring to everyone that they're so important to him by paying 1000 spirit stones just to get them home safely. Especially now that he's in the political morass that suddenly jumping to the top of the sect brings.
